Kerala Lottery Lab is run by a small independent team. Whether you have spotted a mistake in a result, have a question about claiming a prize, or want to know more about how our AI guessing numbers are built and graded — we read every message, and we usually reply within one working day.

Tell us the draw code, date and the exact number that looks wrong. Corrections are
checked against the official gazette PDF and fixed the same day — see our
editorial policy.
🎫 Prize-claim questions
Start with the prize-claim guide and
tax guide — they answer the common cases. For anything
official, only the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries can decide a claim.
🤝 Partnerships & media
For data-use requests, our public API and site summary,
or anything commercial, mention it in the subject so it reaches the right person.

Before you write — two honest notes
- We are an independent results and analytics site, not the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries. We cannot verify a physical ticket, pay a prize, or influence a claim — for those, contact the Directorate (Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram) or your District Lottery Office. Details are in our terms & disclaimer.
- We never sell lottery tickets, and nobody genuinely sells Kerala lottery tickets online — the department sells paper tickets through authorised agents only. If someone contacted you about a "win" or an online ticket, it is a scam; our FAQ explains how to verify a real result.
